| It is important that each organization has ONLY ONE CCHD online account.
If this is the first time your organization has applied for CCHD funds, please insert your e-mail address in the correct box and click on the "I am a new online applicant" radio button and click "Continue." You will be asked to create a password for your account and will receive a confirmation e-mail once you have created an account successfully.
