New applicants, who have reached this page from the HMSTrust ‘Apply Now’ page, must first set up an account in order to access the application form.
Simply click on the New Applicant link below to create your account. On completion you will gain access to the application form. Ensure you select ‘Save and Finish Later’ before you close the form. You will then receive an email with a URL link to access the form again at a later date.

Returning Applicants and Grantees - enter the email and password used to set up your account and then click Login.
If you have forgotten your password, click ‘Forgot Password’, and enter the email address used to setup your account. You will receive an email to the email address entered, with your new password.

An existing account holder starting a new application must access the application form via the ‘Apply Now’ page on the HMSTrust website. Forms are only available when the grant round is open.
Note: The account holder is the ‘owner’ of your HMSTrust online account and the email address provided is used in all correspondence relating to the online application process. ‘Ownership’ can be transferred to a designated project contact at a later time.
