The Doris Duke Charitable Foundation is transitioning to a new foundation grantmaking system. This process will require the foundation’s grantee portal to be inaccessible from September 18 – October 1, 2021.
During this time, we will be preparing to offer our partners a new and improved grantee portal.
Important information for our partners includes the following:
- Grant applications: In-progress grant applications must be submitted no later than 11:59 p.m. ET on September 17, 2021. From September 18 – October 1, 2021, you will not be able to begin or submit grant applications. All unsubmitted applications will be deleted.
- Grant requirements: In-progress grant requirements must be submitted no later than 11:59 p.m. ET on September 17, 2021. From September 18 – October 1, 2021, you will not be able to submit grant requirements through the portal. If you have a requirement due during these dates, please contact the program staff person listed on your grant agreement about submission options while the grantee portal is inaccessible. All unsubmitted requirements will be deleted.
- Save your records: Please access your grantee account at https://www.GrantRequest.com/SID_1149?SA=AM to download and save copies of previously submitted applications and grant requirements. These documents will not transfer to the new grantee portal and will no longer be available after September 17, 2021.
- New grantee portal account: The new grantee portal will become active on October 1, 2021. If you are an existing portal user with an active grant, you will receive a registration email to create an account for our new grantee portal. For everyone else, information related to creating a new account and beginning a new application will be available at www.ddcf.org/grants/grant-making-process-2/ closer to the system launch.
